Duet sessions (2 on 1) are most welcome if you and a friend would like to share the workout time, and can be a cost effective way to get the personal attention you desire. However, please keep in mind compatible fitness levels work best with partnered sessions. Partner workout formats can incorporate coordinated simultaneous exercises, training as a duo-team and alternating circuit and interval training using equipment and mat exercises. Duet sessions are fun and partners can provide each other motivation throughout the training session! 

Duet sessions can be done in-studio or virtually.
