Laura’s corrective exercise program begins with a thorough assessment of your current capabilities. Based on this assessment she creates a safe, individualized exercise program tailored specifically to your needs. Laura then guides you through a one-on-one session while at the studio in addition to learning how to follow the exercise format at home to ensure successful, long-term, pain reduction in daily activities.
